Equal Justice Under Law will screen several times during this festival, which runs from April 21 - 24, 2016.
From the festival programmer:
"Congratulations on such a well-shot short. We would love to screen it multiple times. We can emphasize how "ub2" [my previous short, which played this festival in 2012] eventually played at 36 film festivals, and how the advancement of our LGBTQ culture relies on filmmakers like you.
I envision your movie being an anthem, like the National Anthem played before events."
The Show Me Justice Film Festival strives to raise awareness about social justice. Through the powerful medium of film, their goal is to inspire individuals and communities toward collective action against social injustices such as racism, sexism, poverty, substance abuse and other ills that infiltrate society and suppress democratic movements throughout the world.
